WartHog V-Sharp A4 Knife Sharpener

The Warthog V-Sharp A4 takes the guesswork out of keeping a sharp edge on your fillet knives. Its spring-loaded V-Sharp system sharpens both sides of the blade at a consistent angle, making it much easier to maintain a clean, even edge without having to master a traditional sharpening stone. The A4 includes 325-grit natural diamond hones with finishing steels and offers four adjustable sharpening angles: 15°, 20°, 25°, and 30°.

SORD hand-sharpens its blades between 18° and 20° and specifically recommends maintaining them at a 20° angle, which matches one of the Warthog A4’s settings perfectly.
