Shipping policy

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or postal holidays. During busy seasons, tournaments, promotions, or weather-related delays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping for most products is $9.99.
Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping on eligible products.
Some oversized, heavy, or special-shipping items do not qualify for free shipping and have separate shipping rates. These may include rods, beach wheels, sand spikes, and other large or bulky items.

Estimated Delivery
Most shipping options are estimated at 5–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, weather, holidays, and other delays outside of our control.

We are usually open from 7 AM to 4 PM. Please call 305-910-9134 before coming by to confirm your order is ready and that someone is available at the shop.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@panhandlesalt.com or call 305-910-9134 so we can help you with the next steps.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Panhandle Salt is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
