Casting gloves are not seen much in the Panhandle, but they can come in handy in certain situations. They’re helpful for newer anglers who haven’t built up that casting callus yet, anglers throwing heavy weight or lures, or anyone who wants a little peace of mind against braid cuts and burns.

Not needed every trip, but good to have in the box.
